Elpis Labs Hosts Uzbek Innovation Delegation in New York

Updated: 6 days ago

Elpis Labs had the honor of welcoming a distinguished delegation of five innovators from Uzbekistan to Civic Hall in New York City.

According to Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Digital Technologies, the country’s IT exports surged 132% in 2025 — a clear sign of the untapped potential we’re here to explore.

Event Highlights at Civic Hall

Our Civic Hall gathering featured roundtable discussions, live demos, and networking over New York–style refreshments. “Empowering global innovators to connect and co-create is at the heart of Elpis Labs,” said Anastasia Lykova, Founder of Elpis Labs.

The session also included a deep-dive into Elpis Labs’ soft-landing programs: a model that helped startups secure their first U.S. pilot contracts. Our guests toured local incubators, met with potential investors, and sketched out joint go-to-market roadmaps — all in under eight hours.

Acknowledgments & Next Steps

This initiative would not have been possible without the steadfast support of Jim Malatras, James Dunn, and Doug Binette, whose introductions opened doors to civic partners and funding bodies across the city. “Strong networks turn ideas into impact,” reflected James Dunn, capturing the spirit of what we achieved together.

We extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Sadullaev, Ms. Yuldosheva, Ms. Rahimova, Mr. Oxunov, and the entire Uzbek delegation for their passion and insights. Here’s to translating recent conversations into tangible joint ventures — and to many successful collaborations ahead in New York and beyond!
